SEARCH TIPS

button 1. Make sure you spell it correctly.
button 2. Then check other spellings, e.g., BIMIX is also spelled BI-MIX, which will give different returns. See the most common words for alternate spellings.
button 3. Use quote marks (" ___ ") to hold phrases together, e.g.,
"prostate cancer" (with quotes around words)
will give you a different result than
      prostate cancer (with no quotes)
because quotation marks forces a search for that phrase.
